Leslie J. Hammond, M.S.,
CCC-SLP/Director
I am the owner and director of Therapy Zone. I also
provide speech and language therapy to many of our clients. Therapy
Zone has made my dream come true. Since 1988, when I first realized
what I wanted to do with my life, I have been thinking, praying and
planning for a clinic to serve the community in which I live. I
graduated in 1992 with my Bachelor of Arts from Harding University and then went on to receive my
Master of Science from the University of Central AR in 1996. I have worked
with a variety of settings: public schools, rehab facilities, nursing
homes, preschools, head starts, and now private practice.
Communication is part
of everyone's daily life. Whether written or spoken, each person has
the ability to communicate. I love what I do and love working with
children and adults. Helping someone discover or improve their world
through communication makes me a better person.

Christine Cameron-Mills, OTR/L
I have worked as an Occupational Therapist for four
years in multiple settings. I enjoy working with both children and
adults. I have found that my heart
is in working with the whole person.
It is not just what treatment I provide in my office, but how I can
help you with your whole life. I
want to help provide you with the ability to independently carry out the
activities of daily living at your work, school, and home.

KeShell Gray, M.S., CFY-SLP
I began working with Therapy Zone, LLC in 2007. I truly enjoy treating both children and
adults. I think it is a true gift to
enable people to communicate their wants, needs, desires, and
thoughts. It may be teaching a child
to say his first word or re-training an adults to access his communication
skills after a stroke or TBI.

I have worked as a speech pathologist in the schools in Mississippi for the past 25 years. I worked
for a summer in a rehabilitation center in Tupelo, but found that my heart is in
working with children.

Mary Barrett, M.S., CCC-SLP
I have worked as a speech
pathologist since 1989. I worked one and a half years in Woodstock, Illinois at a kindergarten school.
Then I joined the Department of Defense Dependent Schools. I was in DODDS
for 6 years and lived in Korea and Germany working in the American
Military schools. Next, I moved to Delaware where I was in private practice
for two years and in the public schools for two years. I began
working for Leslie and Therapy Zone in October of 2000. I have
continued to work on and off since my sons were born. Presently, I do
mostly PRN work at the main office.
