Peyton: Our therapy dog Peyton is currently in training learning how to interact in different types of environments. Therapy dogs must be exposed to different types of smells, noises and unusual environments. Socialization for animals is just as important as socialization for people. It is imperative that Peyton be involved around young children because children and adults are very different. Children are typically noisier and are always moving, running, jumping and playing. Peyton is friendly, loving and enjoys playing. He is eager to interact with others and is excited about becoming a part of the Therapy Zone team.
Peyton is now a very important part of the Therapy Zone team. The children he works with are more interactive with him then we he first began. He loves putting in a hard days work. As you will see form some of his pictures..... He needs his breaks as much as the rest of our staff.
